Born and raised in Southern Maine, Scott Lachance has held a Maine real estate license since 2011.  He has over eighteen years of experience in land management and land acquisition for a national utility and governmental agency. He has a great deal of knowledge and experience in property acquisitions, as well as residential and commercial relocation.

Scott is a member of the International Right of Way Association and has attended several of their programs including: Real Estate Negotiation, Real Estate Law, Residential and Business Relocation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Some of his more technical training includes a Land Surveyor Program, and courses in Real Estate Engineering, and Land Titles.  In his free time, Scott enjoys traveling and four wheeling in the northern Maine woods.  Scott looks forward to helping match you up with a real estate agent that can best represent you and your situation.
